I enjoy working with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs as their coach, either one-on-one or in groups, utilizing coaching methods and techniques, to draw out of them new levels of leadership, decision-making, and goal attainment which would have been an uphill battle without coaching.

My coaching style is also consultative, drawing on my years of experience in consulting with many different types of businesses, industries, and individuals.

My coaching services also are a great add-on to workshops and are completely customized for each client.

Coaching begins with an intake form that sets the groundwork; however, it isn’t set in stone. Most of my coaching clients begin the process with certain goals in mind, and then partway through the coaching process they discover other goals they really want, pivot as necessary, and then set out to achieve the improved goals.
